Regular services may include: light housekeeping, cooking, laundry, redirection of behaviors and transportation to appointments. The more complex services include: all of the above, assistance with bathing, eating, transfers, positioning, grooming, mobility, dressing, and toileting.
Q.P (Qualified Professional) must be a registered nurse or social worker. Services include: Supervision, Training, and evaluations of P.C.A’S. Making appointments, case openings and documentation.

The homemaker is very important as a caring visitor who brightens the week for those who suffer increased isolation. The homemaker also acts as another set of eyes and ears while with the client to alert the nurse in case of health changes. This is a critical function in our mission to keep our clients safe and in their own homes. Homemaking is often done in conjunction with P.C.A. care.
The home visit nurse must have excellent assessment skills and ability to manage complex interventions, have great interpersonal skills and professional boundaries. The nurse will be a highly functioning part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to keeping the client safe in his own home and having the highest quality of life possible. Because of the huge variety of client conditions and care needs in the home care population, home care nursing is an excellent training ground for any area of nursing, including advanced practice.
Nursing administration includes mentoring and educating, program administration and development, compliance, maintenance of medical records. Care coordination, supervision, and a multitude of other responsibilities. It includes direct client care. Emergency shift and visit coverage, case openings and care plan development, team building, problem solving, and program analysis. It requires advanced knowledge and ability in nursing technologies and assessment. the desire and ability to teach effectively, excellent understanding of home health regulations, excellent ability to interface effectively with the medical and health care community, professionalism, ability to work well independently and as part of a team, impeccable integrity. This is a highly complex and exciting position for the right nurse.

Most of our homemaking clients are elderty or have physical or cognitive disabiltties. Many are our highly honored veterans. Homemaking is an invaluable service for our clients, as it helps maintain a safe, comfortable environment. It may include preparing meals to be eaten now and stored for future days, and may include shopping. Laundry and· changing bed linens may also be part of the care plan. The homemaker is very important as a caring visitor who brightens the week for those who suffer increased isolation. Our private duty nurse is responsible for providing care for clients with complex needs. These clients may have a variety of difficult and challenging needs.
A private duty nurse requires interpersonal relationship skills along with assessment skills, technology skills, and intervention skills. Care for clients is typically long term one-on-one care. It's a skilled nurse that can impact the life of the client and their family.
We are seeking RN or LPN private duty nurses. Shifts are typically 8 - 12 hours.
There are may opportunities to learn in this program. The nurses in this program usually stay with one client the entire time they are with us. This one-to-one care program is beneficial to the both the nurse, the client, and the client's family. Care can consist of anything from client and family education to assistance with medication and pain management.
Nurses must be able to work as part of a team along with providing exceptional skills to meet the needs of our clients.
We are looking for nurse administrators that aren’t in this career for the glory; instead, they go to work each day to fulfill a mission and advance patient care. A nurse administrator needs to be passionate about their role and be dedicated to providing the optimum care to as many people as possible. They must provide a vast number of skills from educating and mentoring to understanding home health regulations.
